We have arranged our next Breakfast Seminar in partnership with BACS and this will take place at Hill Dickinson LLP's offices at 50 Fountain St, Manchester, M2 2AS, on 5/3/09 .
Deborah Bradley of the UK Border Agency has agreed to talk to the Association on the continuing problem of illegal immigrants and other related border control issues and their impact upon the freight transport industry. The talk will provide a summary of the current trends and extent of the problems that face the UK and will focus upon issues such as cargo damage, confiscation of vehicles and disruption to freight operations.
Breakfast will be served at 8.30am and the talk will commence at 9.00am prompt.
