103rd AGM Minutes 

 The Chairman confirmed that the minutes of the 103 rd AGM were posted onto the MMIA website and therefore made a proposal that the minutes submitted to the meeting should be adopted by the members. Adrian Marsh seconded the motion.

The Secretary put it to the membership for a vote of approval, which was approved .

 No amendments were made and the minutes were signed by the Chairman.
